A woman in the Village of Fenney stopped her golf cart to urinate on the way home from Brownwood and was arrested for driving under the influence.

According to reports, 58-year-old Jennifer Lynn Clark (Jennifer Lynn Clark) lives in the Sand Pine Villas in the Village of Fenney. She was on Megison Road shortly before midnight on Friday. Driving a purple Yamaha golf cart near Meggison Road and Tharp Avenue, she turned suddenly to avoid hitting the pole. Arrest report from the Wildwood Police Department. The police officer wrote in the arrest report: “I saw the driver get out of the golf cart, pulled down her pants and began to urinate.”

She was invited to participate in the on-site sobriety exercise, but told the police officer, "I don't think I can do it." She refused to participate in the exercise.

Although Clark would not participate in live sobriety exercises, she provided breath samples that measured blood alcohol levels of 0.139 and 0.143.

Clark bought her villa in 2020. She was arrested for driving under the influence and was fined for breaching the open container. She was detained at the Sumter County Detention Center and released after paying $500 bail.
